For normal or RLV use it and comes with 2 sets of 8 menu resizable cuffs to generate the particle ropes.  The item is LockGuard v2 compatible for those who already have cuffs.

The candles can be lit or extinguished through touching them individually or can all be changed by typing “light” or “blow” in chat.

RLV default settings are auto capture, auto lock and 20m timer.  These can be changed via the menu.
