The item will say no copy no modify in your inventory.  This is because the animations and scripts are no modify.  You will be able to change the basin as you need to.

* Touch the basin tap to turn on and off the water or fill the sink.
* Touch the soap dish for a wearable bar of bubbling soap,
* Touch the basin to start the animation or right click and sit.
